Im a convert to ground turkey based chili, and sloppy joes, and tacos. I think it’s a better taste

I haven’t tried it, but I should. We use 93% lean beef to cut down on the fat, but turkey would be better still, I think.
In my chili, I like to slice up Italian sausage. It’s a thing my mother taught me that gives it extra zing without having to make it hot.
